Sight

With the emphasis on visibility either at the scene of an accident or during emergency vehicle high speed driving or pursuit, Hazard has available a wide range of proven emergency warning light systems designed to meet all standard and special applications (including off road and underground). All emergency light systems comply with local and most International standards.

Sound

One of the most important factors in an emergency situation is the pre-warning of other road users of approaching emergency vehicles. Hazard’s siren and public address systems have been designed to meet these demanding requirements. The use of the latest technology in design and manufacturing methods, ensures our well known high level of performance and reliability.

Safety

Hazard has for over 30 years manufactured emergency warning equipment with public safety being the driving force behind our focus and the design of our sight and sound emergency warning systems. We have developed a range of simple to operate and totally integrated PA siren systems with automatic warning light control thus minimising operator attention.

Due to the limited space in modern vehicles it was decided to introduce a range
of Siren Amplifiers with separate compact Controllers for easy installation onto
the dash, central utility cabinet or overhead console.
The Logic 250 and Logic 550 are backlit and they were designed to control not
only the Siren and several lights but the LED cluster patterns can be
programmed and the patterns displayed on the Controller. The operator can then
confirm the patterns decided on.
With our experience of the Logic 500 being copied we have registered our design
and intend to take strong legal action against any infringement.

Slimline LED Beacon
With the introduction of our Logic range we decided to reduce the amount of cabling required when connecting emergency systems. All our communication between our system components are software controlled and therefore allows us the ultimate in flexibility to cater for customer requirements. Also the installation of our systems is based on “Plug and Play” and no technical knowhow is required to interconnect the system components. We distribute throughout South Africa and help is always nearby in case of queries or service.
The above indicates the continuous developments over the years by our company.
Our Research and Development cost is one of our main expenditure items but we firmly believe that in order to sustain a continuous growth the investment in development cannot be compromised.
We also feel proud to know that our products can compete technically wise with the best in the world.
